We were delighted to host the influencer launch of Reset, a new contrast therapy studio in Islington, bringing together a curated mix of friends, creators, and industry guests for an intimate evening of discovery.
The event offered an immersive introduction to the Reset experience, with guests exploring the studio’s thoughtfully designed space and engaging with its core wellness offering, including sauna, cold plunge, and guided breathwork sessions. It was a relaxed yet energising evening, perfectly capturing Reset’s approach to modern recovery.
At the heart of Reset is a focus on holistic wellbeing through contrast therapy, combining heat, cold, and breath to support both physical and mental resilience. Guests experienced powerful, focused breathwork sessions using scientifically backed techniques, alongside a bespoke Finnish sauna enhanced with a luxurious blend of scents and oils. Custom-built ice baths, ranging from 1°C to 9°C, delivered an invigorating contrast, while the alcohol-free social setting created a sense of community among like-minded guests.
