We’re thrilled to announce a delicious new client win at The Lifestyle Agency: Beaufort House Chelsea has unveiled its latest concept, KORA, a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant opening this July 2025.

Set on the ground floor of the iconic Beaufort House at 354 King’s Road, KORA is a modern ode to coastal dining, reimagining Mediterranean soul through seasonal produce, bold flavours, and a touch of mythological magic. Inspired by the myth of Persephone (whose name was originally Kore), KORA draws on themes of transformation and the slow rhythm of the seasons a sanctuary of generous, flavour-led food and unfussy elegance.

Helmed by Executive Chef Sasha Ziverts, the menu is all about laid-back luxury think crudo starters, charred mains from the indoor fire, and desserts that whisper of sea breeze and sun-warmed orchards. From Yellowtail Kingfish and Saganaki Prawns to Dry-Aged Short Loin and Tahini & Sesame Ice Cream, every plate captures the spirit of the Mediterranean soulful, shareable, and full of intention.
