This summer, gastronomy meets glamour on the shores of Crete as Omicron Hotel Group unveils The Four Hands Menu—a dazzling new culinary series hosted across its two luxury properties: Acro Suites and Seaside, A Lifestyle Resort.

Running from June to September, this exclusive event series will see six internationally renowned Michelin Star chefs join forces with Acro’s Executive Chef Yannis Rokanas and Seaside’s Executive Chef Manolis Kastanakis for a series of unforgettable two-day residencies.

Each collaboration will spotlight seasonal ingredients, local flavours, and the signature flair of chefs including:

Guests will be treated to bespoke menus at Cremnos Restaurant (Acro Suites), Oceana Restaurant, and UMI (Seaside), where East meets West in a celebration of culinary artistry.
