This week, The Lifestyle Agency proudly celebrated a landmark moment with The Lansdowne Club, as the iconic private members’ club marked its 90th anniversary.

With origins dating back to 1763, Lansdowne House was reimagined in May 1935 as one of London’s most forward-thinking private clubs. From the outset, The Lansdowne Club distinguished itself by becoming the first London club to welcome both men and women as equal members—a progressive stance that has remained central to its identity ever since.

To honour this extraordinary milestone, the Club hosted a series of celebratory events. Members enjoyed the unveiling of the Club’s archives, offering a fascinating glimpse into its rich history, and a special lunch recognising those who have been members for over fifty years.

The week of festivities culminated in a dazzling white-tie ball, where members raised a glass to nine decades of elegance, inclusivity, and cultural significance. As The Lansdowne Club looks ahead to its next chapter, it continues to stand as a beacon of excellence in the heart of Mayfair.
