TLA worked with private property company, Ocubis to launch their third and latest Pavilion site at St James’s Square; a new luxury members-only co-working space in the Grade II location, set in the exclusive Westminster district.
First Initiative -
TLA hosted an exclusive whisky and cigar roundtable tasting for a select group of media attendees. Dalmore, a Highland whisky situated on the Moray Firth near Inverness, was provided by connoisseurs at London-based the Whisky Shop that was paired with cigars from James J. Fox, which is also located in the St. James Westminster district and is considered to be the oldest cigar shop in the world.
Second Initiative -
To launch the site, TLA worked in collaboration with award-winning operator of premium boutique fitness studios Core Collective to host an exclusive yoga session on the 3,000 sq ft rooftop garden for its members. Members, press and influencers were invited to stretch, work out and take in the stunning views of London offered by the building’s premium rooftop garden.
TLA utilised Pavilion’s USP’s and collaborations to reach a strongly-held audience of luxury businesses through the media eye, successfully placing Pavilion’s third location as one of the hottest and most exclusive and member-only professional working spaces.
